    bigger problems than i thought

Put the tranny back in to do a quick start up to see how forward only works. Had no fuel pressure and could barly get fuel to the carb. Basically found that the exhaust is broken.
    Quick fix? Ideas.
Might be a other trip to lbs or online order. Darn it!

No quick fix and this is a common occurrance. You could order another one or go with the Platinum header and then use two springs to hold it.

JB weld crossed my mind lol. But it seems like a pretty crappy grade to weld. But I would like to know if someone out there has ever welded or glued this before

Definitely shouldn't have broke just wrenching on it and light bashing but its like anything on these I guess, you have to save weight and can't make it all out of titanium. I'd rather fix it tan buy new, but then again I just spent a good bit of money on her this wknd.

I dont think you can weld this stuff, if iis that zinc, monkey metal stuff? not a professional but can soon find out this week for you when I see my friend..

if you can we both are going to be happy as I too broke my revo mount, both the bottom chassis mount, and the engine mount part as the threads ripped out, so if you can Ill be happy but gut instinct tells my its not possilbe to weld on it because its a strange mix of metels to make them lightweight...
I tried a to weld a water pump cover on my old YZ bike similar metal with no joy, infact made a right mess...

Took some of GG's advice. Got a spring mount header. Took some research for LHS but we found a part number for the spring and washers for the X coded header part# if anyone needs it. Picked up a few other things.

I like the sounds of that. Glad to see there is another way to fix this problem instead of just buying new.
