    Best servo?

    Hi

I have 2 e-revos brushless, and I want to upgrade the servo or servos, cause one have only one (yet 22kg) the other are fabric standard

Do anyone have any suggestion, I want the very best, most powerfull and waterproof. Do I need two or would one be fine? I have seen some pushing 30 kg

    Thanks

    Henning

There is no waterproof servo that has enough tourque you would need two. Hitec is the only one I know of besides traxxas, nut sure if they are any better but if you want a good non waterproof servo the Hitec 7950th is good, A few of us run it here.

a few ways to make a servo water resistant is the use of liquid tape to cover breaks in the case of the servo and using a shroud like outerwears or dusty motors bag

Yes those are the stock servos. You need two per truck.

The 7950 is water resistant. Has 8 o rings for water dust and fuel protection

Only if you want to take advantage of the high voltage's extra torque of 486 ounces
Will work great without with 403 oz

It's not that hard, just take your time and get a good soldering iron(40w should do). Use some proper solder and keep your iron clean. Watch some youtube movies(although some of them don't know what they are doing) and you should be fine.
