    Hot Racing Gear Box Pics

I installed my hot racing gear box with associated slipper.
It went pretty smooth other than not shimming the st racing layshaft properly.

Sorry I didn't take internal shots I was excited to get it together.

Hot racing gearbox, strc layshaft, hot racing sealed diff, Robinson racing hardened gears and 32p conversion. Real happy geared up a bit for speed and didn't shear the pin on 3s. Install isn't real clean but it might not be installed right because i dint used a little spool that came with it.

My wife hates it but I love It.

Looks really good. Just make sure to use plenty of lock-tite on the bolts that attach the arm mounts to the case. Those heat sinks actully make a big differance, they pull the heat away from the motor to a place with more air flow. My motor hardly gets warm after installing mine. I got rid of the blue on mine tho, just didn't fit with my build. Here's mine with the heatsinks polished.

Can you tell us a little more about what's going on with the phone on the chassis?

Its a HTC ari. Its a small android that I throw in my truck and boat to check speed. Its runnin Ulysse Speedometer. It tracks top speed average speed and 0-60 times. The HTC aria is the smallest smart phone I've ever seen. Even smaller than my IPone 5 just a tad thicker.

Imo the heat sink's ad to the looks good department no mater what color,I'm color blind and blue is one of the colors I see best, but the shiny silver ones looks good also.
Did you get the blue off with oil? Some one else did it that way.
    Both look really nice guys.

i have gotten the anodizing off with easy off oven cleaner...

you may want to rethink your rear bumper before it bends the motor plate.
check out the tbone slash bumper... much more solid mount
