Mine did the same. I have drive pin from a t-maxx in it now. It sticks out a bit more, but works and threads in nicely. A little blue lock tite goes a long way. I only say that because I to did not locktite my set screw. Im going to test the two setups. Mips original design and the tmaxx set screw pin. I like that the maxx set screw pin fits through completely instead of the sandwich style mip has supplied.

They are somewhere on a football field...

Do you think it's the same pin as the Summit uses? I have a Summit here... that i can "borrow" a pin if needed.

I also got a little surprised over the design. Didn't like the sandwich style.

Is it this screw you use: http://www.samirc.no/products/traxxa...4x15mm-revo-6-

Maybe this is better, with threadlock: http://www.samirc.no/products/xxas-5...-wthreadlock-4

I did use red threadlock on the other screws, but didnt want to use red threadlock on the screws that i connect to the diff... what if i want to remove it. Blue okey, but not RED. And i didnt have blue in stock at the moment.

Yep those are in fact the exact ones I used.
I have blue locktite so all I can say is make a run for some I guess.
They fit nicely and seem to be a better setup/design/whatever.
