    Difference

Ok, I am getting back into nitro. Kind of. I bought a slayer with a strong running 3.3 and a NIB 3.3. It is the 2.4ghz tx and rx. How do I tell if its a standard slayer or a pro 4x4? Any tips or tricks to keep her running strong will also be much appreciated.

Easy way to tell the difference is the SLAYERPRO 4x4 has about 2inchs of space between the front of the transmission and the front shock mount.. Longer chassis
The Slayer's front shock mount is right infront of the transmission...shorter chassis

    This is the slayer

and this is the Slayer Pro

You can see how the slayer pro is longer between the front shock mounts and the front brake. Also the Slayer chassis was sliver and the slayer pro chassis is blue
