I'm running just the stock Traxxas plugs. No issues for me!

That's what I'm running right now and the engine runs hot. Around 320. I tried a LC4 tonight, it ran cooler.....once I got it to run.

Where do I find more info on glow plugs? Temp ratings, what they are rated for etc. The engine came with an LC3 and runs really hot (320)

Try going richer to bring temps down..
Go to manufactures website for there glow plug info, google RC glow plugs...
Did you seal the engine before you started running it? You might have a air leak which will lean and bring your temps up and make it hard starting..

Didn't seal it. It already bogs down and lots of smoke. So it it running rich. How do I seal it?
