    ultimate test 1110 1/y vs 6000kv vs 1112 1/y

Running 1110 1/y right now vs 6000kv and in about 8 hours I will be a neu proud owner of a neu 1112 1/y. 3500kv 600 w/1200 burst. What do you think kv free rev, amp draw or Watt output or just a speed run. What do you think same performance faster slower. More efficient? Tell me what you think
oh almost forgot ready for some 3500kv action pumped up.on 4 cell
Or ditch it and buy a erbe!(:

That is a going to be a torque monster
What is the highest pinion that will fit on these mini cos i think it can Probally do triple back flip with all that power. Lol

Best part is you can do that all day cos it'll be running cool, or until diffs start to give
Is that going in the neu one or the 6000kv?

I think the biggest is a 37t with some slight grinding or a 36t without grinding.

You can get a 37t pinion in the stock mount without any grinding.

I had a nitro Revo for quite a few years and absolutely loved it. The OS .18TZ is a beast in that truck, HERE are some videos of me beating the snot out of it. Check out August 11, June 14 and the April 30 videos, I think they are the 3 best ones. The blue truck in the videos is always mine, the parts I had on it are still in my signature.

Thanks, when I owned it I was managing a Hobby Shop and tried several different engines and exhuasts, to me the TZ and Trinity pipe are the perfect combo for the Revo.

i have ran the 37t pinion in the strc mount took some grinding.

it will be going into mine the 6000kv is in my daughter's she is happy with the power .

problem is i live in a hilly area. close by i have one flat level spot for speed runs where 65mph seems to be the max i can do there before running out of room .be interesting with the 1112 1/y

I have a big block and small block t maxx but was thinking brushless.
part of the mountain where I drive is so rough the little revo is all over the road. And I need some batteries that will put my 30a 1000 watt charger to the test!

    Here it is!

Same here! Must of came in the same order!

Wow! Good call the screws are 3mm! I know my 1110 are 2.5

The 1112 has different bearings too. Larger id diameter than the 1110 .guess I wont be robbing the Boca ceramics out of my 1110!

    The 1110/1Y takes a 2.5mm bolt.

don't complain ! i always thought it was too small but never had a problem

i soldered the 4mm bullet connectors on and hooked it up to do a kv motor test

my 1110 1/y 4550kv turned 5100kv which is pretty good and guess how the 1112 1/y 3500kv turned
    3925kv

that will be perfect for a 4 cell speed run 3925 x 14.8 equals 58090 still under the 60k max!

Here it is cut and trimmed ready for install!
Along with Roberson racing pro aluminum pinions 33t 35t and 37t

Any. idea how it going to run?? Now's the time!

My Pontiac Grand Am Weight to Horsepower ratio 30 pounds per horsepower

Ferrari Enzo weight to horsepower ratio 4.56 pounds per horsepower.

50's Mini Erevo weight to horsepower ratio (burst) 3.40 pounds per horsepower

    1 horsepower = 745 watts. 1100/745 = 1.47 5 pounds /1.47 = 3.40

Can you call 50's eRevo faster than a Ferrari Enzo?

What kinda wattage can you batts provide the 1112?

You're really only 1400 RPMs faster than your 1110/1y on 3S, I'm curious to see how much faster it is since the 1110/1Y can easily push the same gearing.
Punch control 40%? Open 'er up, your punch control is in your throttle finger...lol.

    Ha! Thanks guys!

Free rev rpm its only a bit faster.even the 1110 or 1112 or any motor/car combo has its limits mounted into a fairly non-aerodynamic revo at over 60+ .
With the 1110 and limited run space(need a long smooth 1/4m stretch) I haven't went faster on 37/45 compared to 31/45 .the 1112 draws more power 600/1200 watts vs 500/1000. It should pull more top end
The 40% is really my dirt setting, you didn't see my throttle curve! I am an old street racer 700hp 5.0 convt mustang once my s2000 was broken in it saw 9000 redline at least once everyday! I like to hammer the gas even set like this it will still.wheelie but takes less throttle control. That's why I would rather bash than ride on a track

So I have tried got2gorc's old 5200kv combo(back in my daughter's car she loves it ran over 50 on 23/45) his 6000kv combo great power I've done 60+ but it loves 23/45 gearing. Stock motor on 4 cell ran 64 before I ran out of space and 65+ with the 1110 3 cell.
Even on 3.3" foams it will wheelie if I hit it too hard

    I seen one around before
The rear shock mount had to be ground(dremal) down and if I remember it sits right on it

How come you didn't use CC bullets?

I finished soldering up bullets and plug into MMP n I hate the fact there's a gap
So I just picked some CC one n re-soldered it again.
    Someone has to be different

For some reason I could only find 2 of the CC bullets and a whole bag of these. Didn't want to rob them off the 1110 .they fit tight used them on the 6000kv that drew almost 100amps.
The power should be interesting even with a lower kv with 33/45 over 40 on 2s ,60+ on 3s and who knows on 4s!

I know what u mean by the CC Being a tight fit.
I pinched them a tad closer so I didn't have to fight them in but not to much
1 of them I pinched to much n had to pry I back with a razor blade so it's snug

Are u trying to run the exotek with the new neu?

Looks like stock type shocks! Good thing I had a set of gpm laying around! 80wt and silver springs.

Here is the modified shock tower. Total dremal time maybe 20 seconds! Planning time alot more!

    and installed!

Have it back together, t bone is back on, that green servo
Running 33/45 gearing was going to do 37/45 but I want to see how this gear does in the dirt with 2 cell and dirt hawgs

this is with the 1110 . found out a camera mounted on top of the merv on a bumpy trail isn't too good of idea! on the street covered the distance my car was away pretty fast with a few wheelies on the way.click on the photo and hit the little box with the arrow bottom right corner to make it fullscreen

if you can't tell that was a backflip!

    and that's the old motor!
