    Question servo

i was going to put dual servos in my 1 16 summit and was wondering where you would get the second stock servo horn for it?

only way i got one was to buy the whole steering rebuild kit.
i thought what the heck, i dont want all this for one little horn. but found out that those extra parts come in handy.
the steering arm that connects the two servos is really weak. i would get it in aluminum. thats my plan soon.

Plug both servos in channel 1... there are two channel 1's on Traxxas receivers.
I also suggest adjustable linkage so you can adjust the fight (to the death) out of them.
Whatever it is I just typed... could be wrong.

will plugging in 2 servos to the two channel one ports automatically reverse the operation of one of the servos so they will work correctly or is this something you have to do manually in the settings?

Why does one of them need to be reversed?

I ran two servos for a while and in the end one died.. I upgraded to a single hitec servo and it's so much better.. My advice is just go straight to a better servo and be done with it.

    Which servo do you use?

I use a hitec HS 5085MG. Some others use a corona brand and bluebird. All 3 make good servos that are highly recommended. Have a look through some of the mini revo threads and I'm sure you will find the specific part numbers.
