    Angry have big problem

    I put in my 2s lipo into the car turn on and try to go at the start always the clicking noise and then stop. full power and noting a esc makes this quite beeping noise when i press the trigger, try to move it by hand with full power on and it is like the brake is turned on , but i let go off the trigger it is fine when I push it
    when I keep the trigger on full power after couple of sec the wires get so hot and start smoking (the wires)

    tried different battery and same

    when I put it in the air some times it starts working back but for a minute

    Are your motor wires connected correctly? If so lift the motor off the spur gear and try again to see if the motor turns. If so, it might be in your drivetrain.

    Sounds like your motor is shot. Mine did the same thing. Mine made a funny sound when on the ground. When in the air it spun fine.

    Magnet unglued from the rotor. If it is within the 30 day warranty they will replace it for free. Maybe a good time for an upgrade on power system?

    The motor has burned, the copper coil is melted inside, and causes a short circuit. What causes the problem of wire overheating. That problem happened to me two weeks ago.

    If you do that you will also need;
    MIP or Tekno driveshaft's
    Kingheadz motor mount and 5mm bore 32p pinion gear's
    Aluminium hex's
    Lipo's of at least 3s, but 4s is the sweet spot.

    Lipo size depends on what kv motor you get...slash 4x4 - 4000kv 4pole 2s = sweet spot.

    4000kv motor is the sweet spot of a slash? I beg to differ.

    Pretty sure he meant 2s is the sweet spot of a 4000kv motor.

    My sons Slash was acting the same way a couple weeks ago. Turned out to be a loose screw. When you remove the rear bulkhead and slipper/spur assembly, there is a small screw going up through the chassis and into the motor mount. This screw came loose and was contacting the spur gear.

    May not be your issue, but its something quick and easy to check.
