Mamba monster 2 battery connectors?

Can I just put a traxxas connector on the two battery leads then buy a series connector to plug into the connector?

the mamba monster 2 you have to solder on 2 traxxas connectors as it should be soldered like that or you can just solder 1 traxxas connector male on there and then 2 traxxas female connectors on your lipos/nimh. if you use 1 connector on the esc then you will need a series connector but the wires have to be atleast 12g wire, i made mine out of 10g wire and its working great.

you want the esc wired in series since the emaxx is made to be ran in series with 2 batteries. Make sure the esc is rated for atleast 4s lipo the higher the max of lipo you can run the better.

It's the mamba monster 2 so it can un 4s-6s

wire it in series then, there are pics over in the brushless forum and pics online of it wired in series to get the idea of what it looks like, i do believe castle is using 10g wires on the esc last i checked.
