    Project 79 ford gtp/traxxas dragster

    here is a little project i put together slowly but surely. There was alot planning and trial and error to get this good. Hope you enjoy it and hope to have a video soon. Would love some feedback. Thanks

    Tires are duratrax bandito and the wheels are spi racing 2.2. Thanks.

    The power is there. However I think its too much for a two wheel drive or perhaps my weight distribution is off. My goal was to build it for looks and show not really to run. I have attempted but I loose control. I installed a gyro to see if it would help but need to adjust it and find myself a smooth street. I currently ordered some wide 2.2 imex slicks hope that gives me the traction I need. Hope to get a video soon. Thanks

    thanks. i did take a lot of planning and hard work. i also build one for a friend but elctric. i will post pics later.

    Can you go into a bit of detail on each build? Looks to me light a Funny Car front end, HPI Vorza Rear Diff and an aluminium chassis.
    Slugs are just naturally aspirated snails
