No they cant...the Summit and eRevo bulkheads are different because of the t-lock that the Summit uses.
If you want to do this you would need to change diffs and bulkheads.I'm a Rock n Rolla !

also you will need the micro servos to lock & unlock the diff's

Not to mention the micro servo savers and linkages, summit axles, tx and rx.
