The only time i dont is if i know ill use them the next day, if they're gonna sit for a day or two then you will want to put them in storage if you want to get the maximum life out of them.

Agree . with jem450r , but store them at 3.85v per cell . I was told it they're going set for 2 days or more they should go into storage mode .

i put them in sorage mode after each day. Something always comes up the next day and it could be a week or two before i get to use them again.

Me too... it only takes a few minutes to charge mine up from storage!

yup to charge them up from storage, no need to discharge then charge. Lipo's have no memory so it's all good.

You can leave it dead if you want to replace your packs often.... once LiPo get discharged to a certain point (below 3v/cell) they are no longer safe to use.

I suggest buying a cell checker... they can be had for less than $5 shipped on eBay. Then you can time your charge and keep checking voltage until they are at or around 3.85v/cell. Once you know how long it takes for them to get there you can just time it and check them when the timer goes off.
Whatever it is I just said... I could be wrong.
