    Maybe a stripped servo horn?

Worst case scenario three lefts make a right....and vice-a versa.

Could be stripped gears to. What happens if you manually turn the wheels? Feel any binding or issues?

Take off the steering linkage at the servo horn and run the linkage with your hand. Any binding? Turn truck on and hold on to the servo horn while you turn the transmitter wheel. One of those will show you which direction to look further.
