Servo or throttle linkage problem???

I got my JATO used about a week ago and it all ran fine when i got it, but now when i turn on the reciever and the car and try to give it gas (with the motor on or off) it just barely moves the throttle linkage. I dont think this is a tuning problem, but the car will not go forward at all.

ive also noticed when i push on the throttle linkage and give the car gas (while the engine is on) it all starts to work fine. suggestions?????

Take the servo horn off and see if the servo moves. If not then its a bad servo.
