Talking Does a 4WD stampede body fit on a 2WD stampede?

I want to get a new body for my stampede (2WD) but I can't find a good one that is for a 2WD model. Can I fit a 4WD body on my 2WD? Also if you have any good websites that have good bodies could you please tell me? Thanks

Yes, the 4wd does fit the 2wd, I just checked on my pedes. You may need to drill a hole for the antenna if you don't have a 2.4GHZ radio though.

At the top of this forum is a post that discusses all bodies that fit the pedes.

Yes it does. Holes should line up perfectly.

Thanks guys, I didn't want to end up spending thirty dollars on a body that doesn't fit.

With a little effort you can make nearly any 1/10 Stadium truck body fit on a stampede. Also, Proline now makes a number of different bodies just for the stampede. Check out prolines website, im sure youll find something you like.

Ya proline all the way for bodies. Super tough and you can paint it to your taste.

The Traxxas Stampede 4wd body is the same as the 2wd, just better graphics (IMO). I have a Pro-Graphix 4wd body on my 2wd Stamp Direct fit.

Even JConcepts has a couple nice looking bodies. They are thin like Traxxas, which isn't a bad thing. I'm by no means particular to any brand. It's whatever catches the eye and can be mounted up.
