    Certainly doesn't look very healthy.

    Ouch! It looks like yer planetary stayed stopped and yer idler gear said no way and did some gnarley damage. Thankfully if its just a 2381x, its only 6 bucks.

    If you're gonna rip it apart anyways, pick up an RPM tranny case. So sweet. Might as well throw some new bearings in there, too. Nice work! I almost like breaking things. Gives me an excuse to buy more parts....
