T-maxx to E-maxx questions

i'm another one of those that wants to convert a T maxx to a E. I have the build completed for the most part but i have some issues. I'll start out with what i have. Its a newer T-maxx 3.3 #4907, power plant is a tork 2200kv motor and a mmm esc . It still has the T maxx 3.3 trans. Its locked as a direct drive so the motor and esc can control forward, breaking and reverse. Now for the problem. It keeps shearing the pin on part number 5394x. I've snapped three pins now lol, anyone with a way to fix this any help is greatly appreciated.

find an allen wrench the same diameter as the pin and cut it to the correct length. they are much stronger ive had great luck with this in the past

I would have never thought about that lol. It works perfect, thanks for the help. Took it out today and twisted 3 rear half shafts :/ maybe my mip shafts will come in soon and it will be 100 percent done... Well nothing is ever 100 % haha
