    Replacement ESC for the MERV.

Well after almost 4 yrs. of running the stock ESC in my MERV, it finally kicked the can. VXL3m is stock, so what would be a good replacement for the MERV? I did through a Castle Creations Sidewinder ESC built for 1/18th scale, but I think that ESC is under powered. So I probably need to look at 1/10th scale ESC's. Any suggestions ????

    Thanks...

ive been runnin sidewinder v2 no problems for like 2 yrs. should be fine if planning on keepin the stock motor. plus you can run 3s with less worries! i saw the mmp kinda more for if your looking to 4s and up or a beastly motor. but that could just be me.

the 1/18th is def underpowered tho.

Just recently picked up a castle mmp off ebay for $103. Should be good for any combo you would want to run.

I have a MM V2 and it runs my 5700 big block without issue. The stock 380 would be like a walk in the park.
