    Piston & sleeve

    I cannot push the piston through the sleeve. Should i not even bother reasembling this ?

    It's supposed to go through the bottom, not the top. Note there are no piston rings; this is because the sleeve is tapered to pinch the piston as it nears the top.

    This is from bottom to top , but will not push through.

    Again, you are not supposed to push it through the top. If you get the piston flush with the top of the sleeve the piston and sleeve are spent. It needs to go through the bottom.

    Sorry , i guess my question was not clear. I was not sure if the piston went clear through the sleeve it was spent. It clearly passes the top of the sleeve. Thank you.

    Yeah, take it from a dummy like me. If you get the piston out through the top, your in bad shape
