Hardware store...
Sad part is I just tossed out my Traxxas radio spare parts box. I bet I had at least one in it.

Awesome. Thank you!!

Have you found what you need?

Sorry just saw your question. No i cannot find this srping anywhere. Do you have ideas where else i can find it?

You are probably going to have to find something close and then either cut or bend it (possibly both) to make it work. You are not going to find that exact spring shape at a hardware store.
A pen spring may even work... if I had a Traxxas radio I would test and find out.

do you have a way to cut and bend a small spring? if you're crafty i bet somethin could work if you're itchin to play..
maybe take apart an old broken one and see if the spring is close? or a very small shock spring from a "smaller size" model cut down and bent? or try pep boys or the like and look at some springs.... maybe a throttle return would be close in diameter?
all of these will take a few tools and cutting bending cussin etc...
if you have time, just give traxxas cust srvce a shout, i'm sure they could easily help..
let us know how you make out.
Those are great ideas but this is the only rc car i have so most of those ideas are out lol. I thought using a smaller one but the ones i found looked to have too big of outter diameter. I will try CS. I was just trying to see if anyone had one laying around first.

Just spoke with CS and they do not have a part number or any laying around. I could send the transmitter in and they would repair or replace it but if i did that id rather just upgrade to the tqi instead of spending $20+ to ship to them. I have seen them on ebay for like $45 with the rx.
