Dewalt motor problem

Hello I have a 14.4v dewalt motor and I want to know why the battery lasts no more than 12 min .....
I have 2 batterie 7.4 volts lipo 6000mah I am originally the same gear I know that I must change my gear but to take all the batteries in 12 min??​​????? no more torc a red flashing light on the esc. I know is cold here but....I dont understand???? I do not know if my set-up is good?? change the batterie?? help me please

If it is a new dewalt,the brushes may not be fully seated.Causing a fair bit of resistance.after a few runs they will seat better and runtimes and power should increase.
