    Need new radio and receiver

So well, I ran my traxxas revo 3.3 through water. So I think I busted the receiver and maybe servos? It is an old one (got used) so I was thinking about doing the power up program. What exactly entails switching the things over?

If you have an authorized traxxas dealer locally, you can take it there and they can send it in for you and give you the upgraded parts.

If you have reverse still and the opti drive, certain opti drive modules don't work with the 2.4Ghz system.
The opti drive with the Set button in white or black will not work, you need the word Set to be in red.

I had to get a new module for my Revo 3.3 when I went from 27mhz to the TQi a few months ago.

here is one showing the red writing,

It would be nice if Traxxas would change part numbers when they change the part!
5398.1 for the first version... changing the # after the . for every subsequent versions.

Either system will work so long as you have the compatible Optidrive module. Revo 3.3 needs a 3-channel: those are 4-channel. An extra channel won't hurt at all.
