Unplug the servo then try it. If it works the servo is burned out.
fast red or slow red?
1. Do you have Low Voltage Detection turned ON? Green light on startup = GO for LiPo
2. Does it flash slowly, or rapidly?
Slow red flash = low voltage detection. The cold could be affecting your LiPo, or it wasn't fully charged.
Rapid red flash = thermal protection mode. Your power system is overheating. Are you geared too high for 3S?
Make it idiot-proof and along comes a better idiot
flashing rapidly red, i have it geared 23/50 and it wont let me press anything
In my opinion your gearing is a bit high for 3s power. look for a 16, 17, or 19tooth pinion. Im running 19/50 with mine on 3s nd it brought my temps way down compared to the 23 and 25 / 50 that i was running.

Gear down and try the servo. the light flashes quickly when the servo goes out.
