Is it me, or Traxxas pretty secretive about new products, a la Apple?

Not happy with this "Steve" guy and his responses to emails. I have contacted him on multiple occasions and his responses are sub par. As is he is simply "stiff-arming" emails. Would be nice if he took complaints to the "Board" and gave us updates on our emails.

But with a customer base as big as TRAXXAS has, I get it...I can still say "I'm not happy with the responses I get"

I missed the information on the gps - what is it?/ what does it do?

I assume that with the Iphone attached it will simply put a moving dot on the gps map? Is the TQI's range that good that you can drive the truck out of line of sight?

The GPS unit will simply just sent the speed back to the transmitter/traxxas app.

kool I just figured it out right before you posted. Speed measurement.

Im a summit owner who loves to slow rock crawl. So verifying speeds of 8.5 mph would be kinda useless in my truck. - yep, im still going the speed limit.

    thanks for the info.

actually if it can integrate into the gps map it would go great with first person view (FPV) set ups. Espeecially those guys running the 5.9ghz long rang radios
