Hi, this is my E-Maxx Brushless 3908 a little bit modified!

Most part are Integy :

Integy Monster Evolution 5 Kit (A-Arm X8)
Integy Forged Aluminum Front & Rear Bulkhead
Integy Forged Aluminium Rear Shock Tower
Integy Blue Aluminium Front Shock Tower
Integy Evo 3 Steering Block (X4)
Integy MSR8 Shocks (X4) with 60wt oil & Stock Blue Springs
Traxxas Big Bore Front Shocks (X4) with 50wt oil & Associated MGT Springs (Gold)
Skulls Shock Cover
Traxxas ProGraphix Body 2 colors painted
Traxxas CV Driveshaft complete kit
RPM Bumper and complet skid plate
Complete Telemetry Kit installed (at full speed I hit 82km/h)

With all that aluminum I would think you would be using atleast 80wt

larry0071 : that aluminium bar is here to prevent bending my shock tower ! hehe :P

50togo : The integy arms is tuff enough... no problem, no cracks or bending...
I know... with all that aluminium my truck is an heavyweight ! I will test with 50wt front & 60wt rear with ultra firm springs

Yeah ajcar ! you're welcome but i'm not the first to do that ... I think that I took this idea somewhere on this forum :P but it works !

Nice looking rig and set-up. Yip, the bracing between the shock towers definitely helps. No more rear shock tower bending inwards.

Those tires (Pro-line Badlands) are the best I used so far ! in any condition... street, grass, sand, gravel... maybe not mud :P but I don't even try. I don't see any cons... just pro !!

In the second vid I use sand paddles (Pro-line Sling Shot). Good tires for the effects in the sand... but I was not able to climb the hill more than with the Badlands. So... for me, I think this is not a good purchase. Badlands for ever ! = : D

I use my emaxx a lot in gravel and sand pits, and i found i could climb way higher with the center diff it really helps keep the front end down. I might try 60k diff oil in the sand pit just to see if it will climb any better.

Another trick is to start fast and let off the throttle a little at the top if its a high traction surface. the truck has so much traction and power it just flips back over if you keep accelerating.

Cool Maxx Adam, I will try the second option first... I try to climb fast, slow but i don't try to combine fast and slow :P

So 20 days later how much of you integy stuff is bent? I hate to be the barer of bad new but you might want to start saving up for new replacement parts. If they all have lasted this long I would be impressed and I wouldn't expect much of it too last much longer. Here are some bulks from a few years ago that were never crashed and driven mostly at low speed.

Yeah custmemaxx1, you might have completely reason... Integy make some crap things but you have to check for different quality. My bulkhead is forged aluminum... I never bent one but I bent some aluminum shock tower. This is the reason I put a brace between the 2 shock towers. You pay for what you get! :P

Anyway, I bought FLM parts yesterday so I think my Maxx will be much stronger

I will keep Integy A-Arms cause it never bent or broke at the moment.

I certainly don't wish you to brake any parts but I just try to spread the word. I can't believe that they are still in buisiness. I havn't seen anyone argue that Integy is anything but junk. But some how they still are selling parts every day! It just blows my mind.

yeah! Integy parts look attractive, beautiful colors and specs are interesting but this is not the real deal ! :P When you put theses parts on your truck and do some bash...it don't last long ! I think Integy try to sell parts for a moderate use not for abuse :P but for a price that is a little bit too high! If you are a serious basher ... go with FLM but take your $$$ :P

Here's a tip I picked up from emaxxbrushless - put the servo in from the top and reduces the angle of the link to the bellcrank!
