    how does the piston look ?

    after 2.5 gallongs and 2 years or so
    I gave up golf for this????

    cool, cause I cant tune for crap....this is my 2nd motor... first one may have lasted 2 gal..... still has a nice tight pinch. have to heat it up to start still
    I gave up golf for this????

    You have to heat it to get it to start? All my engines, even new ones, start right up with doing anything to them.

    yup... maybe my OWB is bad then... dont know for sure but after a little heat it will fire right up with no slipping from the starter

    Heating is good no matter what because it loosens the engine and ultimately extends it's life.

    The piston looks pretty good, but has probably been run a bit lean from time to time.
