    New Charger

    Hello everyone!!!

I just purchased the ez peak plus traxxas charger with the lcd display. I have the stock battery that came with my mini e revo. What settings do you have the charger set up to charge the stock pack?

If it is the same battery as the OP, you are severely abusing your battery... not opinion. Fact.

1 amps is just below a 1C charge rate... which is what a fast charge rate for NiMh and should take about an hour.

I charged my series 1 1200mah nimh at 1.5amps for like 1-2 months and it was dead in that time period. i use to charge it 560mah but just took too long for me and i didnt have 1amp setting so it was 1.5amps just to try it out really i could have waiting but you know people and their rc's cant wait lol. but i did keep a close eye on it all the time like i do with all my batteries.
1c is right just not in the case sometimes with nimh like the series 1 1200 even the 3000mah series 3 nimh gets too hot on a 3amp charge rate.

So what would be a safe charging setting? I dont want to wait all day and I would like to have it charge quickly without destroying the battery
