    Lightbulb jato 3.3 randoms

so last run with my buddy mrmerv i busted up my bulkheads and chassis top plate. Darn curbs. Anyway i got those parts today but i did some mods the brakes yup and issue reason i hit that curb so i took some notes from here and made the dual system also cleaned the slot the block goes in that pushes the pads and added fuel line in place of spring on linkage. much better response but once i hit them they tended to stay closed a little so what i did was took and idea off the throttle linkage. i got a spring and the connector that tightens to the linkage and put it on the brake linkage to pull the brakes open when theyre not applied. this works great im probably not the first to do this but i havnt posted in a while so thought id share.....Hi im Dustin and addicted to nitro...anyway you guys have great ideas and i get alot of help from here thanks fellas.

I did the same thing with my brakes. I used a spring from a pen.

dual brake pads are the best, locks the wheels every time, I don't have the fuel tubbing mod on the brakes, just the dual disks and to me, it works like a charm

I was making a speed run in a open parking lot and I locked up the rears the truck spun right into a little island in the lot. The left rear tire hit the curb and that's all she wrote. That was over the summer. The worse part of it was I was only there for 5mins.

Looks good my thought on the brace though is u need weak points if you crash instead of busting bulkhead u snap top plate which I'm putting in now 2 ill put pics up when I'm done although brace may be a good idea have u hit any curbs with that

Most of my crashes are from flipping. I've broken a little bit of everything on Jato Speed will do that. When I break something I upgrade the part. I use a rpm bumper too. You can't use the sway bars unless you mod the bumper.

They have even more wobble than stock.

I have put shims on a lot of the steering components.

You'll need a fair few, and a decent servo to compensate. I put several on the bellcrank too. It helped a lot.
