Somehow my bearing just got torn apart and the rubber seals, balls, and center ring was all gone that's what's left in my rear bearing carrier

alright thanks, I just checked it's not bent unless it's slightly bent to the point where it's not visible to the eye, but alright I'll just get some new bearings when I go pick up my hinge pin set that's the only thing w/ the rear end, now I'll work on the front steering problem and I'll be good to go, it's pretty frustrating after getting new stuff then other stuff break haha but I know when I get it running solid again it'll pretty much stay like that and be worth the time and money

yea true I don't want to wait for that in the mail I'd rather buy the parts my truck needs to run at my lhs so it could be running fine the same day I figure what the problem is and for other stuff I don't mind waiting for it online

Which is exactly why you stock up on the bearings and other parts you know you will need. FWIW, these "econo" bearings sell for $2.75 each if one was silly enough to buy them singly. Although probably not quite worth that, the quality crushes any 2-for-$3 LHS bearings I have found.

yea I'll look into it but will check out what they have at my lhs cause you never know

My trans/driveshaft output bearing was reduced to less than that before I caught it. In one battery pack I went to fine to wobbly to gone. In truth, it was obviously not fine for sometime. When I serviced/replaced all the parts I found my trans is now so much smoother and more free to spin. Guess I need to watch those more closely. I replace wheel bearings frequently as I run the car 2/4200 packs at least 3 days a week. Track is an old ballfield so it's often very dusty.
You might want to try balancing your wheels as well. It makes a truck much nicer to drive. Look it up on YouTube. I use poster hanging putty.

All you have to do is use your front axle and spin it on there.
Mamba Monster 2WD LCG Slash - Spartan
yea true, but I'd think that would be a little more complicated considering I'd rather have the inner part of the rim facing me in the open w/out the chassis, etc. in the way, it's a good idea and I may be wrong it could be just as easy so I'll check it out
