    Drivline question

    Hey All!

I'm building my second revo and think I might have made a dumb mistake........ Last weekend I put the front/rear end along with the tranny together, Thinking I was all that, I neglected to look at the exploded views.

When I turn the transmission, the rear will turn forwards, and the front will turn backwards. I know this is a diff problem (I.E. one of them is upside down) but I'm working with my first reverse transmission. My question is, how do I know which is the reverse setting and which is the forward setting on the tranny?

Put the transmission in forward and spin the spur gear. Whichever spins forward is correct.

For forward the shift arm should be "IN"
