Traxxas' support page has a section that you can download manuals. Just select your transmitter and save the PDF document to your HD.

If it's the link radio there should be a menu tree sheet in the battery compartment.
    Or Click
Problems. The manual's good starting point. Simple

That menu tree isn't going to help much... his radio only has one button.
I looked all over Traxxas' site... could not find anything on that new radio. Have you tried calling them?
Whatever it is I just said... I could be wrong.

Be sure to let us know... also ask if there is a on-line manual for the radio.

My bad, I thought it was the same menu tree. So does that mean you have to use the iphone to change things.

    Try this way:

Traxxas main page, select products, select transmitters on the right side, select which radio you have. From that page you should be able to download the manual.

I'd link it but I'm on my phone.

I don't think it is possible for the new single button to attach to the iDevice.

ive got it. Press and hold set button until it flashes green. Then turn wheels all the way to the left. Now press set button again.I haven't tried it yet as I'm at work. T S said the on line manual is listed under any model beginning with the number 4.

Is there something newer than the TQi 2 and 4 channel Tx that their product page doesn't list?

    Yes, there is.

Notice the single red button and the lack of throttle trim.

so does that still use blinking leds and menu tree, where the wheel is just like the menu button but moves up or down the list and set to move accross. Or is it completely different.

Not sure... doubt it is the same menu tree as it is now a 1 button system.
I still haven't found a manual... not one of Traxxas' models begin with a 4.
