    Chassis twisting

Just got a new steering servo and now when I turn the chassis starts flexing. Anybody know a fix for that or do I just need a metal chassis

Can you post up a short video of the flexing?

I'm not understanding what your issue is. I've heard of chassis roll, where when in a forward left or right turn the suspension allows the chassis to roll away from the turn.

sounds like the steering system is reaching the end of its travel. And the servo is trying to push it farther. Probably need to set the endpoints. so the servo doesnt move so far.

Yip. EMAXXBRUSHLESS is probably right. Turn truck upside down and check steering arm travel.
    Always get a 2nd Opinion!
