    steering post

    is an aluminum steering post ok to use? if it is can anyone recommend one?

    They work good. Just use a longer bolt. I had one strip out

    can't hurt to lube it lightly with grease or anti-seize
    There are lots of ways to do that. Most are wrong.

    You can lube or actually use antiseize on the bearings but still need loctite for the bolt
    In a bad crash mine bent didn't hurt the bulkhead

    yea it's support from the skid plate helps
