I heard on here more then once to stay away from integy anything and ppl recommend the traxxas big bore shocks with 50wt oil works well...the oil dampens the impact and the springs control the rebound...good luck

I would go hr shock bodies with traxxas tin shafts and red pistons
The traxxas gtr are aluminum body but not big bore

I run these:

There are some sacrifices, but I like them.
Whatever it is I just said... I could be wrong.
I run HR shock bodies with factory everything else. It was a decent improvement over stock.
if you want the eye-candy of piggyback shocks you can add HR biggyback shock caps to your shocks, but you should probably upgrade to aluminum shock bodies first, by the time you're finished you have an expensive suspension system.
I like turtles.
Stick with Hr you will be glad you did!
Go for the aluminum caps if you want some bling!
