Do any of you have experience with older Toyota 4x4s? I just checked this one out and it was pretty sweet. Only big problem is that it didn't pass smog. Heres the link:

Things are bullet proof.
Matthew 7:7
My first truck was a 1990 Toyota pick up. Drove it in to the ground and it would not die.
Had a 99 Tacoma 2.4 5 speed. It was solid. And now I have a 2007 Tacoma double cab. And I love it
If you can pick that up for 2000-2500 that's a great deal.
Why won't it pass smog ? Cat? Muffler?
There when it comes smog in California. My 99 Tacoma I put a 00 cat on it after someone stole mine Haha and they failed me based on visual inspection. It passes the emmisions test. Stupid. And you can get a 02 for like 25-40 bucks at voto zone
How many miles are on it ?
I got my 99 with 160k and sold it with close to 230. Only thing that broke was the ac belt
Go check out Tacoma world. If you have more questions or looking for more opinions

Yeah totally get it! My Dad had an older Toyota pickup and even after it got T-boned from a girl running a red light at 40+mph it still ran. The things are amzing.

I like the 90 and up Toyota trucks. I think he's asking too much. I just sold my 1993 extra cab pick up, 289,000 miles. Drive a 2002 Tacoma now
That's a great video... LOVE IT! It was hilarious how they couldn't believe it still works. Even I can't believe it still works after dropping it off a building.
