    Caster block help strc??

Hey guys, i am trying to make my truck really tough. i have all the tekno parts and i am running 2.8 trenchers, one thing i do break quit often is the front caster block and from time to time it takes the hub with it.. I was looking at the STRC are they any good and do they just bolt right up like stock nothing special?

I dont know if allumin is the best for just bashing? also what about the STRC steering bell crank thing.

Im running the Traxxas aluminum c hubs and X-01 steering blocks. Havent had a problem with those at all. The STRC bellcrank set if installed and shimmed will make for a nice tight steering set up. It was night and day when I changed out the plastic then shimmed every lose point in the front end including the C hubs and steering blocks. No play whatsoever now.

Thanks, Im a bit picky on keeping it clean. Some acuse me of never running it LOL.
It gets the air compressor every time after running and if it gets mudded it gets dissassembled an cleaned thoroughly. I was actually displeased in a few of the photos where you can see dust!

STRC makes quality parts. My first Slash 4x4 is an STRC Ultimate! I have had extremely good luck with all of their parts!

Yes they do. For aftermarket aluminum parts they are at the top of the heap. I bought one integy part and sent it back, the difference in the machining and raw materials is obvious even to the most casual of observers.
