    velion vxl3m

    i was going to power up to a vxl 3m an motor in the future and was just wondering what problems any one has had with this system? and should i go with this system or a different system?

    I would go with a different ESC... the V380 motor is hard to beat for the street price.

    The ESC thermals too easy in my opinion... and with CC new waterproof option, SV3 I believe, those two make a great combo.
    Whatever it is I just said... I could be wrong.

    Hey Jimmie that sv3 is a 1/10 correct is it ok to use with the 1/16 motor ....just curious cause if I need to replace mine when it gives out

    Absolutely.
    I wouldn't recommend it if it did not work.

    Yeah it works fine, I just installed it in mine. It has tons of programming options too.

    Does it mount as the stock ESC does?

    No ESC mounts like the stock one. You will have to design or figure out your own way of mounting or copy what has already been done. The stock ESC was specifically made to slide into the 1/16th chassis.
