cleaning the engine

i have a titan 12t motor... ive heard you can clean it in distilled water! do i just keep it attached to the car and run it?

Yea that what i do just keep it up and make sure it doesnt fall and run it for like 10 mins and you shall be Good, After Put some eltric cleaner in their or dry lube NO WD40 Stay AWAY from tht!! put you can put it on the bushings

Any non chlorinated brake cleaner is a safe and inexpesive way ($6) to clean out your motor without getting water in your bearings. Good idea to spray out the motor after with compressed air. And is mandatory that you put a COUPLE drops of bearing oil in the bearings as the brake clean will have dissolved lubrication away.
