    Xo-1 battery replacement

Hello can any one tell me what the best battery replacement to buy for the ox-1 would be.

I am looking for longer run time with the same speed and power bursts. I am using the 25c 11.1v 3 cell
Which came with the car. Everything on the car is still all stock parts. I was wondering can I do this without
Changing the motor and the speed controller.

I will post some vids of my car soon thank you.

Gensace 3s 40c 5000 maH or Pro-Match Racing 3s 5200 maH 50c.. I have these and so far they have been golden... No problems at all... Price wise best bang for the buck... You will have to get the battery holder upgrade from traxxas for larger battery size...

Look at the dimensions of your compartment... The higher maH means larger... I guess it may work but you may have to mod... Also google spc lipo they make great batteries as well...

Ok thanks for that I looked on spc Lipo an they have some good batteries but what would I have to mod if I wanted the

SPC Li-Po Power, Lithium Polymer (LiPo) Battery Pack; 8200mAh, 30C, 3S, 11.1v or 1 just as good if not better as I said everything is totally stock on the car so could do with some help as this is the first Lipo powered RC I have owned and I don't know any one else who as even bought an xo-1 one over here yet

The 8200 will be too large for the compartment even with the extended battery holder upgrade.. The largest I would go is the 6400 maH... The XO runs on two lipos, 1 in each compartment.. Stick to that...

This winter I'm going to mod mine by replacing the battery holder brackets with Spartan battery straps. That way, I can use any size batteries I want. I did it with my Emax, and it works great.
