Just got my MM2 and and am in the process of installing it. Main difference between the MM1 and MM2 is the fan, as it can be easily removed and has heat sinks underneath. Because it is annoying to keep opening the radio box to remove the fan wire, i have placed a small switch with a plug coming out of the box. This way i can easily remove the fan. I can also turn it off to conserve battery power on cooler days.

Today I am hoping to solder the plugs to it and mount it up. I am just doubling up the sticky tape to avoid cutting down the mount or screws.

Hopefully I can post some pics later.

Ok well it turns out that the gap between the ESC and chassis was too large for sticky tape. So i cut out a 1/8inch thick piece of aluminum that is the size of the ESC and used this as a spacer. Then i placed sticky tape on the top and bottom of that. Now it is very tight to the top of the mount bracket.

Got a chance to run it yesterday and everything works great. I'm gonna try it with my lipos (2X 3s) today.
