    17mm hub adaption ?

    hi all got my redo 3.3 2nd hand a few weeks ago and seeing that you can get 17mm hub kit, just wanting to know do you just take off the standard hex and put these 17mm adapters on or do i need other parts ?

    Yes that's it take off the 14mm hex and put on the 17mm adapters...

    plain and simple. beware with the slop later on. theres a thread on how to get rid of the slop, i just cant find it lol.

    I went with Maximizer 17mm adapters. I don't have to worry about slop

    I just checked those out ausher1880 you get no slop with those? I was about to order some 17mm splines to go on my new badlands.

    No slop at all. The hexes fit tight like the stock 14mm. There's a lip on the hex that fits in the hole of the 17mm rim so no slop or wobble. I think they should of included metal washers tho instead of the composite ones included ....
