Odd battery question

Would there be a benefit to plugging the batteries into an "x-link" type thing to equalize the batteries while running? In my head anyway, this would equalize the draw, extending runtime.

Not being an electrical person I don't know the downsides of doing it. I'm sure someone on here will know.

The evx is wired in series internally after it pulls power from the bec side batt.
So I don't believe it is possible,but I could be wrong wouldn't be the first time
