Red Toe links 5939R

I bought the red toe links 5939R but they don't come with the hollow ball on them,so how do I take the ones off the stock toe links, I have tired pushing them out didn't work I've tried tapping them out didn't work, so I need some info on how to remove them.

For mine I use a pair of pliers to support the rod end and the I used a wood dowel and hamme to knock the ball out.

i use my small hobby vice open it up so its just catching the rod end and not the ball, then just tap it out...
you could also use the small traxxas cross multi wrench.. on a hard surface with the large end up, place the rod end over top tap down on the ball it will pop out into the wrench..
