    TQI 2.4ghz transmitter completely dead

Hi, i realize there are a lot of these posts on this site but i wanted to find out if anyone found out what the problem actually was. My transmitter turned off and would not turn back on, no green or red light, completely dead. I have put through 2 lots of brand new batteries, both times with two different brands and still nothing. The truck is a revo 3.3 and is only a month old. I just spent around 750.00 on this truck so i don't really want to pay for shipping to Texas from Australia. I'm hoping to fix it myself if anyone has any information on the subject. It's really hard to get a hold of traxxas on the phone, being from Australia. Does anyone know the Australian support number at all? i've tried the Outside of US 001-972-265-8000 but it doesn't work in our country.

    thanks

I had the same issue and took mine back to my LHS and they replaced it with a brand new one. Mine died after 3 months. I bought a second one whilst this one was being sent in so now I have 2

Just noticed they have an e-mail address too: support@Traxxas.com . Good luck!
