Have you tried tightening your slipper clutch?
Also, what batteries are you running?
Make it idiot-proof and along comes a better idiot
i am running two stock batteries in parallel and this really isn't a problem its just something i would like to be able to do, you know its just funner
Flip your tranny...
He who dies with the most toys wins !!!
I can hardly keep mine from doing wheelies...and it's bone stock.
Have you tried a single 2s Lipo?

i have not tried a lipo and i dont really intend to
and its a brushless edition
it might be beacause of the snow and ice but i dont think so
i was also wondering if a smaller pinion makes it go faster, or the oposite
and what gearing to use
What gear are you running on your pinion? 16 pinion, and 55 spur are stock. I run 18/55 with no heat issues, unless I am running in heavy grass. With 2s lipo, at about half throttle, I can pop a wheelie on a good surface. A smaller pinion will make it go slower top end, but have more exceration. A bigger pinion will make it go faster, with less exceration.

I am running stock pinion and stock batteries in parallel but i have a 19t pinion on hand
What pinion should i use for Speed ? Is changing the spur something i should do?

You could go with the 19, maybe not good if you are running snow and ice. Good for speed runs on pavement. Mine mostly runs on pavement, hard packed dirt, or short grass. You would want to keep an eye on your temps with a temp gun. I dont make to many long speed runs, back to back, so I can get away with the 18. I think the only other spur is a 50, which would give you even more top speed, with out gearing down on your pinion.

Cool that should work. I'll try when the snow melts
That should be in about 2 months![]()
