    How long should I wait?

    Once I discharge, how long should I wait before I charge back full or put them in storage mode?

    You can charge them up for use as fast as you can plug them in. You can also put them in storage mode as soon as you can get them out of the vehicle. So long as you have your LVA/LVC/LVD set to a decent level, you can also wait a day or two.
