Charger choice

Looking for a new balance charger. Have an IMAX b6 but would like something better. Was looking at the onyx 245 and the hyperion 720i. Don't want to spend a ton; Powerlab would be real nice but too expensive at the moment

I had real good luck with Onyx(duratrax) chargers.I like them.

I have the Venom Pro Plus charger, and I love it.

I am happy with my Onyx 245! Haven't used any others to compare with though.

I'm happy with my Duratrax onyx 235 with xbox 360 power supply to provide the 8a charge.

I love my Powerlab-6 with external PS. Once you get one, own it, wonder how you made it this far without it. It has more capabilities and power than i'll ever need.

dude, make sure you get a good quality charger that has a discharge circuit. Onyx 245 does not and it's pretty expensive. i have been looking at the ThunderPower's Look pretty nice. My buddy has the Traxxas Peak plus and loves it. It does have a discharge circuit.

I have a Traxxas EZ Peak Plus and love it. I can do 6 amps, but I've got two 4000Mah Lipos and at 4A it will charge the 2S in 60 minutes and the 3S in 72 mins. It's got discharge capability and tons of other stuff. Check it out on the site. You can't beat it for $80.
