    Decisions decisions

    Just wanted to get some feedback from the community.

    I'm going to replace the bulks on my emaxx. So it's either ga bulks or spend a ill more the the film hybrid bulks. I just bash on 4 s.

    I had GH before upgrading to flm to match with the others parts, and never had and issue with them.

    You wont find the hybrid combo in stock anywhere. I went with just the hybrid bulkheads and putting my own diffs in there
    But I would go flm!

    How come you're putting your own diffs in? What's wrong with the ones from film?

    Oh and ga is great assembly, not gh ( golden horizon)

    So I went ahead and got the flm hybrid bulk. They only had the rear in stock so I got that and waiting on the front.

    flm's customer service is hit and miss.i talked to their tech department and you will probably run into the same problem but the newer 1/8 scale diffs are thinner then when they designed the flm bulkhead and depending on which diff you run you will probably need their aluminum shim. some companys like stormer has old stock .the newer stock ships with the shim
    make sure you have plenty of 8x12 and 13x16 shims too

    Thanks for all the advice 50togo. I got the hybrid bulk that comes with the diff. Does that make a difference or am I still going to need the aluminum shim?

    Well at least I have this site to help! Lol. I finally blew a revo diff the other day also! Happened when I switched to 6s. Gonna rebuild and stick to 4s. Was plenty enough for the places I bash.

    Oh yep 6s will do that! I had robinson racing 8090 with aluminum cups and shimmed and I wasted the pinion gear!

    I just had to try it lol. It was way too much for the area I bash. It's like having a hayabusa in Hawaii. Waaaaay too much bike for an island
