    Summit Dual 775 Questions

I'm looking to put dual 775's on my Summit.

    1. Can I just use the dual motor mount from the E-Maxx and just move the EVX-2.
    2. Can the EVX-2 handle 2 775's. If so how do you hook them up.
    3. What different speed will I see. Run time? (with nimh stock)

I know you will all say to go brushless but I just spent money on getting a E-Revo.

    1. The way they mount is different... not 100% sure it will work
    2. No.
    3. Same speed and about half the amount of run time.
Whatever it is I just said... I could be wrong.

    More info here: http://traxxas.com/forums/showthread...VX-2-Handle-it

But, if it can handle two 700HO with proper gearing, it can handle two 775...

Yeah I saw that and thought the same thing. Gearing isn't a problem.
Is the 700HO available as only the mount.

I would take a look at kershaw designs. They have a motor plate sale that will make mounting two 775s a breeze.

I would recommend however a single dewalt 14.4. Again, check the Kershaw Designs website for that too. The have a sweet motor plate for that too!

An emaxx motor plate should work, I had a tekin Truggy motor on mine - no issues.

Select 700/775 for two 775, or Dewalt motor plate if you go 14.4 Dewalt. You won't regret it!

Do you know the wiring setup? Is it just like one motor gets 1 + and 1- unlike one motor getting 2+ and 2- wires.
